fitness + performance.
Movement exam and wellness visits for clients who don’t have a specific injury or pain, but rather are looking to remain healthy or improve their performance. Just as the dentist is recommended twice a year, wellness visits are recommended at regular intervals based on your activity level. Depending on an individual’s goals, these sessions will include hands-on bodywork, progressive focus on functional movement patterns, advanced strength and conditioning, and/or sport specific activities. A battery of tests may be used to assist in this process and provide benchmarks.

Virtual coaching.
If you don’t have time for an in-clinic session, live in a rural area, are home with a newborn, are a busy professional, or can’t take paid time off to go to PT, I have alternative options for you. I can meet with you online, in your home, or at your gym to help you with coaching sessions. If coming into our clinic for PT feels inconvenient, but you want better for yourself, then perhaps virtual coaching is a perfect fit for you.
