services.
sports + Orthopedics.
See a sports-certified physical therapist with 10 years of experience for orthopedic concerns and sports injuries of any origin or stage of healing. Treatments focus on manual therapy and restoring movement patterns, and may include dry needling.
fitness + Performance.
Movement exam and wellness visits for clients who don’t have pain, injury, or limitation but would like to reduce injury risk, maintain their activity level, improve performance, move better, or bridge the gap from rehab to fitness. Just as the dentist is recommended twice a year, wellness visits are also recommended at regular intervals.
pregnancy + postpartum.
Physical therapy services tailored to helping women at all stages of life to stay active, prepare for birth, recover from birth, restore the core and pelvic floor, enjoy pain free sex, establish bladder control, return to fitness or high impact exercise, or stay strong.
virtual coaching.
We work with athletes all over the globe to help them improve performance through virtual movement and recovery coaching.
As well, we host a professional development group called Move, Think & Be Wise to increase clinical skills, mindset, and to stay accountable through action in creating our most fulfilling career.
What People Say
“As we have built WKU into a Top 25 caliber program in NCAA Division I volleyball we have constantly looked for ways to find an edge and continue to rise. Having a sports PT in the training room has made a MAJOR impact on our development. As a head coach, I have come to understand how critical my support staff is in winning at a high level and there may be no one more vital to our success than our sports PT.”
— Travis Hudson, Head Coach, WKU Volleyball
“I would not have made it through my college career if it was not for the care of Ashley. Playing on the offensive line resulted in a plethora of injuries ranging from shoulders to low back to knees. She helped me become functionally stronger and I always came back from my injuries in better shape than I was prior to her care. Ashley truly has a gift and is able to connect with her patients on a personal level and will help them beyond sports.
— Cameron Clemmons, Offensive Coach, Las Vegas Raiders
“My senior year of playing collegiate softball I suffered a back injury. Ashley worked tirelessly to help me return to the playing field. During my time with Ashley I was able to gradually work my way back into workouts and made my return to the field in time for the start of my senior season."
— Karavin Dew, Assistant Softball Coach, Brown University
